Plan Ahead and Be Prepared
We want you to have the best experience during your workout, so we’ve put together a list of tips to help you prepare. Setting up your workout space prior to the virtual community workout will ensure you’re ready for the session. For best results, optimize your WiFi streaming capabilities by ensuring that extra devices that are sharing the same network throughout the house (i.e. cell phones, tablets, etc) are either off or set to airplane mode.
- 5 x 5 clear space for your workout
- Smart phone/tablet/laptop is fully charged or plugged in
- Position your camera so we can see your entire body in the screen
- Yoga, fitness mat or beach towel for the workout
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
- Towel to wipe off any of that hard-earned sweat
- Positive vibes and a friendly smile
